The latest round of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 info gives another look at the character fusions known as Ouroboros. Depending on who links up, you get some very different outcomes! Furthermore, each pair can switch the Ouroboros’ leader during the interlink process. This leads to a bunch of different approaches and tactics that can help you out during tough spots in battle.

The Mio-dominant Ouroboros is particularly skilled in evasion, swiftly dodging enemy attacks without issue. She can also do massive damage, but not nearly as much as the Noah-dominant form.

The Sena-dominant Ouroboros can dish out powerful attacks that entirely ignore the enemy’s defense stat. The Lanz-dominant form prioritizes defense, so swapping to this Ouroboros can help deflect a major onslaught after you bash enemies with the Sena-dominant form.

The Taion-dominant Ouroboros excels in applying status effects, including putting the opposition to sleep. On the flip-side, the Eunie-dominant form has a focus on healing. Again, swapping between these two at opportune moments can make for a devastating impact on your foes.

That’s not all Nintendo and Monolith Soft had to share on Xenoblade Chronicles 3, as they also detailed some of the Consul members that have been showcased. You already know these Consul members are up to no good, but now we have a bit more insight into who they are.

D is the giant, mysterious figure who appeared before Noah, Mio, and the others. All we really know about D is that he’s itching for a fight, as he rushed Noah and the others the moment he saw them.

The Consul member above is shrouded in mystery, as we don’t know their name or anything about them. What we do know is that they wear an outfit somewhat different from the other Consul members. Why that is remains unknown at this time.
