Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope to see 3 DLC releases through 2024
Plenty of fun to come
The last 24 hours have been filled with news for Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. Ubisoft accidentally revealed the game’s Oct. 20th, 2022 release date a day early, and Nintendo shared a new look at the game in today’s Nintendo Direct mini: Partner Showcase. There’s yet another presentation for the game coming tomorrow, but today we have some DLC details to discuss.
The Switch eShop listing for Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope - Gold Edition reveals some DLC plans for the game. We can see that there are three DLC packs in the works, with the first and second showing Dec. 31st, 2022 placeholder dates. The third DLC shows a March 31st, 2024 release date.
As for what the DLC actually offers, we have some tiny details on that as well. The first DLC pack contains new battles and challenges, and it features an image of Mario and Rabbid Peach. The second DLC pack says it includes new story content, and shows Rabbid Peach and Luigi. Finally, the third DLC pack also includes story content, and it shows Bowser and Rabbid Luigi.
