Kadokawa hands off publishing of Metal Max Xeno: Reborn and Metal Dogs in Japan

Up until today, Kadokawa Games was the publisher for both Metal Max Xeno: Reborn and Metal Dogs. That situation has now changed, and Kadokawa is no longer involved in the publishing of either title. Metal Max Xeno: Reborn will be published by Clouded Leopard Entertainment going forward, and Metal Dogs has been picked up by 24Frame.

We have absolutely no idea why Kadokawa has stepped away from publishing these games, but you’d have to imagine that it can’t be a positive situation. Hopefully the company releases an explanation for this change sometime in the near future. If they do, we’ll make sure to fill you in.
