Nintendo gives out a special guidebook to prospective employees to fill them in on what working for Nintendo is like. This book is also filled with all sorts of fun Nintendo imagery and other tidbits. The Big N puts out a new version of this Company Guide every year, and now we finally have a peek at what the 2022 offering features.

Nintendo has gone with a travel theme for the 2022 Company Guide, resulting in something that looks very close to a passport.
