During Kirby’s 30th Anniversary Music Festival, Kirby series director Shinya Kumazaki has revealed that Kirby’s Dream Buffet will be released on August 17th, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch in Japan, priced at 1,500 yen (about $11 USD). Nothing has been said about the western release; however, we expect it to release around the same time, and the official announcement of it should be soon.

UPDATE: It’s been confirmed that Kirby’s Dream Buffet will release for Nintendo Switch via the eShop worldwide on August 17th, 2022. An English overview trailer for the 4-player food-themed rolling-racing game has also been shared, which you can check out above.

About the game:

Roll through a smorgasbord of food-themed stages in 4 rounds of 4-player* fun as Kirby…who seems rounder than usual? Race through delicious obstacle courses to collect strawberries as Kirby grows. Then, turn the tides in the final round—a fruity fight atop a floating platform.

Looks delicious Kirby! I wonder if RMC hates this or if it’s only food themed levels?
