Splatoon 3's "Sheldon Licenses" detailed

The latest update from the Squid Research Lab gives us another look at a familiar face returning for Splatoon 3. Sheldon, the Ammo Knights weapon shop keep, is back for the threequel, and he’s once again ready to arm you with the latest and greatest in ink warfare.
While Sheldon is well-known by Splatoon players, there’s actually a bit of a chance as to how Ammo Knights operates in Splatoon 3. This time around, you’ll be using Sheldon Licenses to get weapons. You earn Sheldon Licenses by ranking up or using the same weapon a lot.
Remember, you can always try out a weapon before you buy, so let Sheldon know what you’re interested in and he’ll let you give it a go.
