Monster Hunter Rise hits 11 million units sold

Just last night, we learned that Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak had managed to sell 4 million units worldwide. That’s extremely impressive for an expansion that released at the tail-end of June! Thankfully, it seems that same kind of success has reached the base game as well.

Capcom has announced that the base game of Monster Hunter Rise has managed to sell 11 million units worldwide. Last time we got a sales update on Monster Hunter Rise, we had heard the game moved 10 million units, so the Sunbreak expansion has certainly helped move some more copies of the base game!

In honor of the sales milestone, Capcom will release a fourth free item pack for all players on Wednesday, August 24th. You can see the contents of that pack below.
