Bandai Namco took to Twitter to announce that they are working on a patch for Digimon Survive since a bug was discovered that prevents players from choosing any functions other than “Free Battles” and cannot proceed with the story in Chapter 10.
A temporary solution is to avoid selecting “Event Battle” in chapter 10 when the number of free actions is at 1. Otherwise, if you already encountered the bug, then your only solution is to reload your save data to a point before the bug appears.
