Big the Cat has been discovered in the Sonic Frontiers Demo
Somethings Biting!
It’s been rumored for a while that the infamously memetic Sonic character Big the Cat would be making a return for Sonic Frontiers. Well now, thanks to the Gamescom demo for the game, we have proof.
Twitter user @Bibouboul has spotted Big the Cat in the Sonic Frontiers Demo which you can see in the tweet above. Big seems to be the host of a fishing minigame which is a fitting call back to his first playable appearance in Sonic Adventure. It seems however that Sonic will be the angler this time around, for what purpose though is yet to be seen.
Speaking speculatively, maybe Sonic is trying to help Big find his friend Froggy? Again that’s just speculation based on the image and what we know about Big’s character.
We’ll have to wait and see what other surprises and past friends may be found in Sonic Frontiers, we’ll keep you up to date on new info as it comes to light.
