Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, the game heavily inspired by Jet Set Radio, is no longer seeing release this year. The development team has taken to Twitter to confirm a delay to Summer 2023, and you can read their full message on the matter below.
We are convinced that releasing the game this year will not take it to a level where we would be personally satisfied with. To create a fulfilling and unique game we are extending the development time of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk to summer 2023.
Summer 2023 is literally a year away, so this is quite the lengthy delay. That said, waiting a year for a considerably better product is no doubt the move to make, rather than rushing the game out the door this year.
