Just a couple of days ago, we shared first details on McDonald’s Singapore and Pokemon Co. teaming up to promote Pokémon Scarlet/Violet in a number of ways. Of course, that collab will include a bunch of in-store promotional materials, and unfortunately for Pokemon Co., it seems someone made quite the mistake while creating flyers.

As you can see above, the Pokémon Scarlet/Violet promo material actually says Violet/Violet instead of Scarlet/Violet, basically leaving one half of the next Pokémon experience in the dark. Along with that, the promo materials also show a worldwide release in ‘late 2022,’ despite us knowing the Nov. 18th, 2022 release.

Earlier this week, McDonald’s Singapore stores began teasing an new Pokémon collaboration that will reportedly start from September 2022. Well, it looks like some folks have already spotted something odd about some of the promo materials that will be used in this collaboration.

The extra bad news is that this campaign is supposed to start tomorrow! In other words, there’s really no turnaround time to get these issues fixed up. Looks like Pokémon Co. and McDonald’s will have some relationship repair to work on in the near future!
