Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair hits Switch in Japan on Dec. 22nd, 2022

D3 Publisher and developer Sandlot have revealed that Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair will see release for Switch in Japan on Dec. 22nd, 2022. The title will be priced at 5,980 yen, and unfortunately, there’s no word of a localization at this time.

Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair originally launched for PlayStation 4 back in 2015 in Japan, followed a release in North America later that same year, and then Europe in early 2016. Finally, the game made its way to Steam on July 18, 2016.
