Take a closer look at the art of the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Lost Origin Expansion

Now that the latest Pokémon TCG expansion, Sword & Shield—Lost Origin, has arrived, it’s a good time to take a closer look at some of the incredible artwork that can be discovered within it. This time around, Pokémon Co. focuses on two artists who created illustrations for this set and on several cards that are set in the Hisui region.

In particular, artwork from Shinji Kanda and kurumitsu is given the spotlight, and the pair certainly have different styles. You can get a taste of their work above, with kurumitsu taking a colorful, cute approach to art, while Kanda goes for a more bold, brazen approach. The end result for each artist are some stand-out cards!
